NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
INPUT RE COMPOSITION OF MAPS FOR TRUSTEE AREA ELECTIONS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education of the Monrovia Unified School District at a board meeting to be held at 6:30 p.m. on May 6, 2024, at the District Office located at 325 E. Huntington Drive, Monrovia, CA 91016, will conduct a public hearing in accordance with Elections Code section 10010 to receive and consider input regarding the criteria for the composition of trustee area maps to be used in the event the Board approves a transition to by-trustee area elections pursuant to Education Code sections 5019 and 5020. The Board invites public testimony regarding this matter.

DEL ÁREA DE FIDEICOMISARIO
POR EL PRESENTE SE NOTIFICA que la Concilio de Educación del Distrito Escolar Unificado de Monrovia en una reunión que se llevará a cabo a las 6:30 p.m. el 6 de mayo de 2024, en la Oficina del Distrito ubicada en 325 E. Huntington Drive, Monrovia, CA 91016, llevará a cabo una audiencia pública de acuerdo con la sección 10010 del Código Electoral para recibir y considerar comentarios sobre los criterios para la composición de los mapas del área de los fideicomisarios. para ser utilizado en caso de que el Concilio apruebe una transición a elecciones de área de fideicomisarios de conformidad con las secciones 5019 y 5020 del Código de Educación. El Concilio invita a testimonios públicos sobre este asunto.
