As we work together to ensure the success and sustainability of our school district, I want to provide an update on the Board of Education’s ongoing efforts concerning the Monrovia Unified School District’s Fiscal Stabilization Plan. Over the past year, the Board has diligently focused on developing a strategic plan that addresses the district’s financial health while prioritizing our students’ educational experiences and future.
Throughout various Board of Education meetings, we have discussed the details, progress, and goals of this Fiscal Stabilization Plan, including:

-
October 23, 2024, at 3:07:20
- November 13, 2024, at 1:44:16
These discussions have involved careful consideration of our financial outlook, potential areas for adjustment, and initiatives to stabilize and strengthen our budget. By taking a proactive approach, the Board is committed to positioning Monrovia Unified School District for continued excellence and growth while aligning resources effectively to support our students and staff.
Our Fiscal Stabilization Plan serves as a roadmap to guide our decision-making, and we welcome your input and partnership as we continue working toward a fiscally sound future. I encourage our community members to review these discussions in our meeting archives via YouTube.
