| WHAT: | Monrovia city firefighters will drop 12 carved pumpkins from high atop a ladder that extends from a fire engine at Bradoaks Elementary School, scattering candy across the ground for children to collect in treat bags. Two pumpkins will be dropped per grade level during the event, which is sponsored by the Bradoaks PTA. |
