District Facility Use Rental Program

 
We're excited to introduce our new online facility request and rental system, making it easier than ever to reserve our school facilities. With this new system, you can easily submit reservation requests, check availability in real-time, view photos and descriptions, receive estimated quotes, and pay online.
 
Partnering with Facilitron, we've customized facility use sites for both the district and each school, allowing requests to be made anytime. While the process is now digital, our policies on facility use remain the same, with final decisions made by our administrative staff.

Moving forward, the only way to request the use of a district facility is by creating a Facilitron account and submitting a request online.
 
Facilitron will assist with setting up accounts, verifying non-profit status, collecting payments, and proof of insurance on our behalf. Payment options include major credit cards, checks, ACH/eCheck, and PayPal. You can conveniently upload proof of insurance directly through Facilitron.
 
The new system is live for all sites. To request facility use, create a Facilitron account and submit your request online. If you had reservations with us before Facilitron, accounts have already been created, and you should have received an email to set up your password.
